**Job Summary**:
Human Resources Executive is responsible to oversee all administrative tasks in the office compliance with established policies and procedures and statutory requirements. As a direct connection to employees, you must be keenly aware of employee relations ensuring they are healthy throughout the organization. The role involves a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle in full spectrum of Human Resources activities.
- Manage HR operations such as full spectrum of payroll processing, staffs claim management, maintaining personal files, tracking of service confirmation and staff movement.
- To be the custodian of HRIS and ensure compliance with the HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in handling disciplinary issues and performance management.
- Responsible to provide timely HR operations support to the people's managers and employees.
- Handle day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Performs any other related duties as and when assigned by Superior.
**Requirement**:
- Preferably Executive specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in related fields.
- Good communication skills in English for both spoken and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 2 years (required)
