**Dispatch Responsibilities**:

- Run various errands outside the office, such as banking tasks, purchases, and deliveries.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle.

**Admin Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Support administrative activities and assist in various administrative tasks including organizing document, data entry, preparing reports, and updating spreadsheets.
- Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods and documents to designated locations and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks efficiently to support smooth office operations.

**Qualifications**:

- SPM, Certificate or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in dispatch, office assistance, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
