**Main Job Scope**:
Required to perform quantity surveying duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.
**Duties (Key Responsibilities)**:
- Handles and runs projects under close monitoring and supervision of Senior Assistant Technical Director/Assistant Technical Director/Senior Team Leader [SATD/ATD/STL].
- Assists SATD/ATD/STL in day-to-day duties on all projects handled.
- Attends all Project Co-ordination, Technical or Site Meeting of projects under their care.
- Preparation of final accounts, measurement of variations, measurement of Bills of Quantitiesand estimates.
- Assist in anchoring the preparation of Bills of Quantities allocated by Technical Director/SATD.
