**Off-site task**

1. Backfill receptionist/admin - Job description based on the client’s requirement.- Supporting absence receptionist/admin at client’s site based on request (could be advance or short notice request)

**On-site task**

2. Call management- Attend incoming call
- 3. T-Shirt record management- Track the T-Shirt movement for reclass purposes.
- Conduct a monthly reclass procedure.
- Track the T-shirt count and reorder when the stock is below the limit.
- Handle courier/ handover of the T-Shirt
- 4. Handling Office Management at HQ- Do a daily office rounding.
- Report any damages to the fixture and furniture.
- Screen cloud management.
- 5. Vendor Registration- Conduct vendor registration process.
- Liaise with the vendor and sourcing department.
- 6. Assist on onboarding and offboarding process.7. Finance related task at HQ- Get quotation.
- Liaise with Vendor.
- Raised Purchase Order.
- Received Item.
- Closed order.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum education: SPM or equivalent
- Willing to travel heavily to HQ and client sites.
- Possess own transport is an added advantage.
- Able to multitask.
- Right attitude, diligent and have initiative to learn.
- Good communication skill.
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Applications.
