- Provide one-on-one consultations and ongoing support to clients throughout their wellness journey.
- Oversee and optimize customer service processes to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational materials and nutritional content for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest nutritional trends, research, and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetic or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in nutrition analysis software and Microsoft Office suite.
