Teaching Humanities at KS3 and KS4 and has experience in History, Geography, or Psychology
- Have a strong desire to shape the future of Humanities at an International Secondary school
- Inspire students and ensure a high-quality learning experience in the Humanities;
- Develop, implement and deliver a broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum
- Be independent, self-motivated, and proactive in enriching the curriculum and developing wider school initiatives;
- Assess, record and report on the progress, development and attainment of students to support their learning;
- Keep up to date with developments in teaching practice and methodology and in the relevant curriculum areas
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Hold a good Honours Degree.
- Hold a UK-recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or similar).
- Have experience and excellent knowledge of teaching the English National Curriculum & IGCSE/A Level.
- A minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience is essential.
- Understand and be able to articulate what constitutes outstanding learning.
- Want to play an active role in the co-curricular life of a busy international school.
- Possess the ambition, enthusiasm and growth mindset to want to play a key role in shaping and developing a growing and dynamic school.
- Be committed to their own continued professional development and excited about professional learning conversations with like-minded colleagues.
