RoboThink is a STEM edu-tainment company specialising in robotics and the coding programmes for students aged between 5 to 15 years. We are looking for energetic, dynamic, and friendly person for growth

The person must be able to work on weekends (preferably both Saturdays & Sundays).

A brief job description of the role:

- Interact with customers in person, on the phone and online, attend to their enquiries and requests.
- Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain and improve customer experiences.
- Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives, as well as informing customers about new services.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Learning Centre in Bandar Utama.
- Support Instructors with administrative matters.

We will provide the relevant training and on-the-job training.

Ability to speak English is a must. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: RM120.00 - RM150.00 per day

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend jobs
