- Good with numbers and details.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
- Preferably Executives specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management; processing wages, commission, allowances, overtime, deductions and others
- To ensure timeliness and 100% accuracy in all activities relating to payroll administration and processing.
- Prepare and review monthly payroll report and documents accurately.
- HRIS including OT, Leave & Attendance system is functioning and generating accurate and timely reporting, regular monitoring, including trouble shooting and enhancement where applicable.
- Liaise with Malaysia Statutory bodies for registration enquiries make payment to Statutory Bodies.
- Ensure proper documentation of payroll documents and safe keeping of employee Personal files.
- Update and maintain employees records orderly and correctly in the database and filling systems in orderly and timely manner.
- Work closely with Human Resources team or Employee on-boarding & off-boarding process.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
