Job description:

- Manage weighing in and weighing out of isotank/RTC/trucks/vehicles on weighbridge. Guide truck drivers to necessary loading/unloading areas.
- Manage warehouse and inventory with updated green stickers showing batch numbers.
- Receive and dispatch all incoming and outgoing deliveries to the plant including raw materials, process aids, finished products, technical supplies, office supplies, etc.
- Timely update for records and file all information with respect to deliveries and dispatches in the administrative system of Oleon Port Klang Sdn Bhd. Verify that the information provided is correct and complete.
- To perform regular stock verifications and stock counts. Assist in month-end losing for production and planning administration.
- Perform SAP MIGO for Raw Material receipts, outgoing SAP RTC Process Order confirmation and updates of relevant smartsheets, excel sheets and etc.
- Take samples of incoming and outgoing products for the reference of the laboratory in a safe and adequate manner according to the procedures applicable
- Ensure housekeeping of weighbridge office and its vicinity.
- Perform external inspection of isotanks/trucks and report immediately to Superintendent of any abnormal conditions.
Perform additional tasks as and when needed/requested by superiors.

Job qualifications:

- Diploma, equivalent or higher with 1 year relevant experience
- A hands-on Malaysian citizen or relevant residence status
- Experience in using a fork lift, Microsoft Office and SAP System is an asset
- Willing to work in Pulau Indah
