**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Acquire and incubate live stream talents that fills in the manpower gap.
- Build and maintain relationship with live stream talents, negotiate and secure suitable

compensation to retain talents.
- Strategize, implement and oversee talent movements strategies to deliver live stream

sales & engagement targets.
- Main liaison for account managers in LZD & SHP with regards to live stream support &
scheduling
- Review, obtain market insights and pave monthly live stream improvement plans

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above with 1-5 years experience in talent management
- Direct experience in perfume category is preferred
- Direct experience in people management is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem-solving skills
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
