- We are currently seeking a compassionate and and skilled Staff Nurse to join our team at DaVita Kidney Care Klang. Join Our Team as a Country Nursing Lead at Davita Malaysia_

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and perform direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, initiation and termination of dialysis, physical assessments, and documentation.
- Review dialysis orders, document observations in patient records, and report any concerns to the physician.
- Communicate emergencies and patient complications to supervisors and medical staff promptly.
- Educate patients and families on renal disease, dialysis treatment, and medical regimens.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans and progress notes.

**Qualification**:

- Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, including computer skills as required._
- Registered as a general nurse with Malaysia Nursing Board
- Willing to learn and would like to have post-basic qualification for nephrology.
- Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point with ability to create presentations and use the Internet effectively required.
