Allowance Calculation Officer

Responsibilities - Handle hotel or accommodation booking. - Verify couriers' odometer readings to ensure that they are not claiming more mileage than they actually drove. - Calculate petrol allowance for courier. - Responsible for claim purpose, such as verifying the claim documentation, approval of claim and etc. - Handle inquiries for truck such as availability, booking, and resolving truck-related issues. Qualifications - At least a diploma certificate in any related field. - A year or more experience in working in the same position. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office, such as Word. - Fluent in Mandarin and English. - Have a good team spirit and problem-solving skills. - Preferrable to own transportation. Working days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
