- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work at USJ/Casa Tropicana.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of products in the trolley to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the treatment.
- Welcome customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them into treatment room appropriately.
- Provides consultancy and advice treatment that is suitable to customer.
- Possessive of good product and service knowledge in order to promote to customer.
- Monitor and maintain inventory level and generate accurate inventory reports.
- Provide high standards of customer service.
- Brief the customer on the procedure of treatment before begin.
- Maintain and update work done details (design and selection) into customer account.
- Responsible maintenance of outlet and cleanliness and tidiness for all treatment rooms, toiletries and entire outlet.
- To perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.
