Job Scope:

- To assist for the stock balance for incoming and outgoing goods.
- To ensure the materials were delivered as scheduled.
- To involve in monthly stock take exercise and prepare monthly stock report.
- To ensure the quality of goods are maintained with proper handling of storage.
- To handle stocks’ quality problem and take necessary corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.
- To assist in receiving of goods and arranging of goods.
- To ensure the stocks record are up-to-date and accurate.
- Recommend and implement the appropriate improvement on purchasing strategy of the Company if necessary.
- Prepare and filling Daily and Monthly Stock Report and documents.
- To assist in export/import containers and prepare relevant documents.

Requirements:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Required software knowledge: Microsoft Excel & Word, basic computer knowledge

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Morning shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
