**What you’ll do**:

- **Background Checks**: Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities and driver documentation.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all onboarding activities comply with local government regulations and company policies.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process.
