**SKOP KERJA**:

- Melakukan update terhadap data-data akaunting di sistem
- Mengekalkan filing sistem yang baik
- Membuat invoice untuk pelanggan
- Mengurus dan mengemaskini akaun autocount, A/P, A/R, dan voucher
- Rekod dan menyusun ringkasan transaksi kewangan organisasi untuk tujuan pengurusan
- Menguruskan kerja-kerja harian pentadbiran pejabat
- Follow-up pelanggan melalui whatsapp
- Mengisi jobsheet
- Menjalin kerjasama dan komunikasi yang insentif antara semua pelanggan.
- Menyambut pelanggan.

**SYARAT DAN KELAYAKAN**:

- Mempunyai sijil SPM/DIPLOMA
- Mempunyai pengalaman Admin 1-2 tahun
- Kemahiran interpersonal.
- Mempunyai kemahiran berkomunikasi.
- Mempunyai Kemahiran Menyelesaikan masalah
- Berdisiplin dan komited
