Moving forward, we aim to expand and continuously increase our market presence in the affordable housing segment and become one of the most formidable affordable housing developer in the country.

**Department functions (Involving 4 main areas)**:
1. Property development deals:

- Deal sourcing (market research / pitch decks / proposals);
- Deal due diligence (commercial due diligence / financial due diligence / deal comparison);
- Deal structuring & execution (joint partnerships / long term partnerships / structured payments etc.);
- Innovative & commercially driven initiatives to improve product offering / partnerships / developments.

2. Corporate strategy recommendations (quantitative & qualitative analysis);
- Building financial models.
- Corporate structure proposal & strategy planning.
- Propose strategic improvement for greater efficiencies.

3. Investor Relations
- Working with external advisors on investor relations items such as press releases, quarterly results announcements, transactions and so on;
- Working towards ensuring the Company engages more institutional funds by working on presentations, roadshows and valuation models.

4. Sustainability
- Development and delivery of the Group's sustainability strategy and programme based on stakeholder needs;
- Monitoring sustainability performance, metric and indicators; and
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to ESG

**Responsibilities**:
1. This opportunity will see you working across ALL functions of the department (Investments & Corporate Finance):

- Conducting commercial & financial analysis on potential strategic partners;
- Building financial models focused on potential deals among strategic partners;
- Conducting industry analysis to identify target investment opportunities;
- Suggesting strategic initiatives to improve the operations of subsidiaries;
- Managing partnerships post-execution of agreements;
- Conducting quantitative analysis to improve company’s financial well-being (included, but not limited to, comparable companies’ analysis, precedent transaction analysis, regression analysis etc);
- Execute and manage sustainability strategies and programs; and
- Collects data and perform analysis of sustainability indicators to determine effectiveness.

2. Monitor and communicate sustainability performance and metrics.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint);
- A demonstrated interest in the business/commercial world;
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects (with tight deadlines);
- Proven academic track record in analytical courses
- Qualities that we prefer (NOT required):

- Experience in the venture capital/real estate/private equity/investment banking/management consulting industry;
- Exposure in Real Estate Development / Consultancy in Property / Analyst covering property sector;
- Financial modelling experience.
