Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the e-commerce website.
- Ensure that the website is user-friendly, functional, and optimized for performance.
- Upload and update product information, including descriptions, prices, and images.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are shipped promptly.
- Resolve any order-related issues, such as cancellations or returns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders or products.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, taking action to address any concerns.
- Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures.
- Implement and manage promotions, discounts, and coupon codes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, information technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce administration or related roles.
- Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms and content management systems will be added as advantage.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, or others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in technology, industry trends, and company policies.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
- Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
