Role Summary

This role involves leading IT projects, managing change, and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Take full accountability for defining, guiding, facilitating, and successfully completing medium-scale projects.
  • Leadership: Provides strong leadership to the project team, adopting appropriate project management methodologies and tools.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet agreed-upon standards, budgets, and timelines.
  • Communication: Collaborate with external vendors or consultants to ensure their deliverables align with project objectives.

Requirements

  • Education: Advanced Diploma or Degree in IT computer studies.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in project management skills, with experience in client, customer, and teams' management.
  • Skills: Project management methodologies, budget and financial management, scheduling and time management, quality assurance, data analysis and reporting, leadership, and communication.
