About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and managing financial reports with accurate data and insights. This includes conducting monthly management commentary for corporate departments on key business trends and supporting the Business Controller with ad hoc financial reports and presentations for decision-making.

In addition, the ideal candidate will assist in budgeting and forecasting for corporate support functions, ensuring timely submission. They will also act as a finance liaison, providing financial insights for strategic planning and corporate transparency.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting, forecasting, and efficiency. They must also ensure financial data integrity and compliance with corporate policies.

Furthermore, the Management Reporting Professional will collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial systems and best practices. They will take ownership of personal skill development to enhance expertise and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting and 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with business partnering exposure. They must have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.

Able to prepare financial reports and analysis for management, the candidate must also have experience working in cross-functional teams within a structured organization.
