Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and create engaging storyboards for video concepts, utilizing their expertise in short-form video production, specifically for 10-30 second videos.
  • As our lead on-site photographer and videographer, you will be responsible for leading photography and video production, including TikTok videos, product videography, and other social media content.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will need to communicate effectively with teammates, designers, and clients, providing updates on the progress of creative projects.
  • We are looking for a highly skilled individual with expertise in editing raw footage into polished, engaging videos by applying advanced editing techniques, including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will plan video shoots by scouting, selecting, and reserving appropriate locations, exhibiting a strong passion for self-improvement and personal growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Diploma/Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media/Film, or equivalent is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to develop production schedules and coordinate on-site creative teams effectively, are essential for this role.
  • Experience in writing and visualizing storyboards in collaboration with marketing and creative teams is also desirable.
  • Skill in leading photography and videography for platforms like TikTok and social media is a must.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail in producing engaging content are essential qualities for this position.
