About the Role

The Executive Level Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our Management Team, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate Meetings: Arrange logistics for virtual and in-person meetings, conferences, and events.
  2. Manage Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  3. Assist with Projects: Help track and follow up on projects, initiatives, and deadlines assigned by our executives.
  4. Provide Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, prioritize tasks, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for our executives.
  5. Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to management-level personnel.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with scheduling and collaboration tools.
  • Experience in preparing meeting minutes and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
