- Assist in strategic planning and business operations, including overseeing project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion.
- Track project progress, report updates, and identify potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling and documentation.
- Facilitate clear communication and follow-ups among internal teams, external parties, relevant departments, and regulatory authorities.
- Handle confidential matters professionally.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for project meetings and management decision-making.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Project management or business expansion.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
