Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and improving the effectiveness of QC procedures, owning QA product/process health indicators, and analyzing QA/Test and Process failures. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality and reliability improvement projects, verify defects, and generate ICAR reports.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering, preferably majoring in Mechatronics or Mechanical. They should have experience in managing in-coming/in-process/out-going quality-related matters and understand mechanical drawings and GD&T. Additionally, they should be proficient in CAD software such as Solidworks and e-drawing, and possess good computer literacy and basic SPC knowledge.
