At Techware, we're seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team in Malaysia. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary package of RM2,000 to RM5,000 per month.

About the Role:

This role will be responsible for coordinating sales and operations activities, including managing orders, updating customer information, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in administration, preferably in logistics and LMW-related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on customers' pending orders and provide daily updates
  • Coordinate with departments to confirm delivery dates and update the portal accordingly
  • Ensure all orders are arranged and delivered as promised
  • Maintain daily updates on Asana and ensure team members are informed about new orders

The successful candidate will be proficient in using computer-aided systems such as Oracle or SAP, have strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and hold a diploma or equivalent qualification.
