The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our ecommerce and retail platforms by validating tests within our Clarks ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with SAP ECC and SAP CAR.

A key focus of this role will be on transactional and stock related testing, as well as direct liaison with the business for UAT tests. This includes working closely with the SAP, Finance, and logistics business teams.

  • Hands on experience knowledge of Ecomm and Retail testing within an ERP is essential.
  • This position requires supporting SAP/Finance validation for Clarks end to end testing.
  • The ability to validate data within SAP ECC and SAP CAR systems is crucial.
  • Knowledge of Ecomm and Retail transactional and stock processes within SAP ECC is also required.

The ideal candidate will be able to liaise and work with SAP and Finance SME's to validate testing further and run UAT.

We are looking for someone who can create test approaches and test plans to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are fully covered. Preparation of data to support test execution in the relevant environment(s) aligned to identified test scenarios is also a key responsibility.

  • Execution to plan of system functional/non-functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and globalisation/localisation test phases is expected.
  • Test Support: provision of support for performance/volume testing and UAT working with 3rd party providers and cross-functional business teams is necessary.
  • Defect and Issue Management: identifying defects/issues in line with pre-defined/agreed processes ensuring that appropriate data/information has been captured to support the root cause analysis of issues/defects raised is a requirement.
  • Reporting: daily reporting through creation of suitably detailed updates regarding test execution and defects/issues raised is expected.

As a Senior SAP Tester at Clarks, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our ecommerce and retail platforms by validating tests within our Clarks ERP systems.

This role involves working on ecommerce and retail platforms predominantly focused on validating tests within Clarks ERP systems. The candidate will have hands-on experience of working on SAP ECC and SAP CAR.

  • This position requires supporting SAP/Finance validation for Clarks end to end testing.
  • The ability to validate data within SAP ECC and SAP CAR systems is crucial.
  • Knowledge of Ecomm and Retail transactional and stock processes within SAP ECC is also required.

The ideal candidate will be able to liaise and work with SAP and Finance SME's to validate testing further and run UAT.

We are looking for someone who can create robust test scenarios covering all test phases. On time execution of all test scenarios across all test phases is also expected.

  • Timely escalation and raising of all bugs/defects found is necessary.
  • Full documentation to evidence any bugs/defects in order to expedite resolution is required.
