I2C Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled I2C Analyst to join our team at Danone Asia & Service Delivery Centre-Kuala Lumpur. As an I2C Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing our Japanese portfolio, ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely posting of AR/IR documents.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Reconciliation and Payment Processing: Ensure timely processing of customer payments by reconciling invoices and accurately identifying root causes.
2. Proactive Follow-ups: Conduct regular and proactive follow-ups on unpaid invoices through established guidelines.
3. Credit Limit Management: Manage customer credit limits and process manual releases in accordance with CBS policy guidelines.
4. TTM Process Management: Manage TTM processes, including customer invoice processing, customer payments, and handle AP/AR reclassification for TS settlement when required.
5. AR Document Filing: Reclassify month-end AR credit balances to AR and provide assistance in preparing AR aging reports when needed.

About You

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in accounting or reporting-related functions for multinational companies.
3. Language Proficiency: Good command of the Japanese language, with at least JLPT N2 required.
