Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Moulding Expert to join our team at M-Fischer Tech Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and repair of plastic moulds.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement internal management processes and document control systems.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of tool shop workers, including tool makers, technicians, and polishers.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in all tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate project time logs and ensure timely completion.
  • Enforce cleanliness standards in the tool shop on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with scheduling and final finish teams to create schedules for mould service and repair.
  • Analyse and resolve tooling issues promptly.
  • Provide support to superiors and subordinates in resolving daily matters, including tooling problems.
  • Assist in conducting yearly performance reviews for all staff members.

Requirements:

  • Experience in tool repair and supervising multiple employees is essential.

Equipment Used:

  • Tooling repair shop equipment and machinery, including EDM, milling, grinding, and CNC machines.

Working Environment:

  • Air-conditioned tooling repair shop environment.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with computer software, such as UG, PPT, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin language.
