**Job Title: Sustainability and Biodiversity Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Sustainability and Biodiversity Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating planning and implementation of capacity building activities on biodiversity conservation and management in the Penang Hill Biosphere Reserve.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Coordinating planning and implementation of capacity building activities on biodiversity conservation and management;
- Create alliances and networks with civil society, public, and private organizations for sustained dialogue and advocacy for improved biodiversity conservation and management in the reserve;
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans, budgets, and technical reports on biodiversity conservation and management activities;
- Representing the program at state/national and international forums/meetings; and
**Requirements:**
- Malaysian Citizen, 24 years old and above;
- Bachelor/Masters/PHD in Science, Engineering, Sustainability Studies, Biodiversity Management or any other related discipline;
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
- Strong analytical and project management skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Motivated and self-driven individual with a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamwork;
- Confident and dynamic personality; and
