Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TIME's group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that stock levels are maintained and that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a food service environment, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or food service management role.
  • Skills: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
