Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced florist to join our team as Assistant Head Florist. This role involves leading a team of florists and ensuring high-quality flower arrangements are prepared efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Florist in supervising and directing the team to achieve excellent results.
  • Design and create new flower products that meet aesthetic requirements and deadlines.
  • Provide guidance and training to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-year experience as a full-time florist with a strong background in modern flower arrangement styles.
  • Mastery of spiral technique for hand bouquet arrangement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and direct the team.
  • Able to articulate flower arrangement techniques and provide constructive feedback.
  • Able to work overtime during peak periods.
  • Able to commute to Petaling Jaya (our workshop is within walking distance from Lembah Subang LRT station).
  • Basic working hours: 8AM to 5PM.
  • Performance-based bonus.
