Pet Lovers Centre is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Pet Retail Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in all pet-related queries.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their pet-related needs and provide advice on pet care and products
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers

In addition to your excellent communication skills, you must possess a degree in Animal Science, Zoology, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. A mature and patient personality is essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
