Overview

Epson Singapore is seeking a highly skilled Regional Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on executing regional strategies and social media campaigns in the Southeast Asia region.

Key Accountabilities
  • Work with the social media agency and regional business units to develop and execute social media strategies and content creation for new product launches.
  • Implement social media amplification and affiliate marketing as part of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (PR/Digital/Ecommerce/Marcom) for strategic planning across social platforms to enhance online presence, community engagement, and drive sales conversion.
  • Review and edit content for Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms, as well as executive profiles and Epson Singapore's page on LinkedIn.
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns and support media/influencer engagement events.
  • Able to travel (monthly basis) to Singapore to oversee video content creation at the regional office or events.
  • Provide social media analysis in monthly reports.
  • Support regional stakeholders on reporting requirements.
  • Manage vendors to ensure expenses are kept within approved budgets and deliverables adhere to communication guidelines and given timelines.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Media, and Communications, or related fields.
  • A minimum 3 years' experience in social media and/or content marketing.
  • Experience in social media content marketing, executing social advertising, managing social media communities, and influencer campaigns.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of measuring ROI across social media platforms to make data-driven decisions, though technical knowledge in generating analytics is not required.
  • Strong agency management skills.
  • Deep understanding and strong working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and other digital channels.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English to edit copy.
  • Must have a sense of cultural fluency to work effectively with teams across the region.
  • Work effectively in a team and manage various stakeholders.
  • Solid project management experience in managing multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.
