People Profilers, a leading consulting firm, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) Consultant to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to gather and assess business needs related to talent management and human resources.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable SAP SuccessFactors solutions and provide recommendations for configuring and customizing the system.
  • Oversee or assist with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Performance & Goals, Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and others.
  • Ensure seamless integration of the system with other pertinent modules and outside programs.
  • Develop and implement tailored SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet specific organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and developers to create and implement extensions, integrations, and advancements.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the features offered by SuccessFactors and adhere to HR best practices.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of work experience in SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) as a consultant, five years as a senior consultant, or eight years as a manager.
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors.
  • In-depth knowledge of all SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Learning, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Employee Central.
  • Exceptional reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient verbal and written English communication skills are necessary.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
