We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Global Procurement Freight & Distribution team as an Asia Warehousing Commodity Sourcing Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sourcing and negotiations in the area of physical distribution with a focus on warehousing and value-added logistics services.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships and internal stakeholder management.
  2. Implement strategies for cost reduction, quality improvement, and supplier development.
  3. Drive business reviews with suppliers to ensure market trends, supplier performance, and future needs are aligned.
  4. Monitor supplier performance and report key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commodity management, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in warehousing and transportation regulations and compliance.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
