Requirements

  1. A bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and science, or relevant experience, is necessary.
  3. Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Power BI, as well as data science tools and programming languages like Python, R, SQL, or similar technologies, is essential.
  4. Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques is required.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities are necessary.
  6. The candidate should be highly meticulous and passionate about applying advanced analytics techniques to solve problem statements related to risks and controls assessments in the business function.
  7. Strong communication skills are required to effectively communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. A curious personality with the ability to think outside the box would be beneficial in this role.
  9. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Experience in stakeholder management and self-motivation to achieve outcomes and results.
  11. Knowledge of business standards, regulations, and industry best practices is a plus.
