We are looking for a Criminal Litigation Attorney to join our team at Malaysianbar. As a Legal Associate, you will play a key role in providing legal support to our Partners in civil and criminal litigation matters.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in dealing with civil and/or criminal litigation matters, and possess a strong understanding of Civil Procedure and related laws.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Partners in litigation briefs, including various tasks and duties as may be required.
  • Meeting with and taking instructions from clients in a professional manner.
  • Drafting legal documents, including letters, pleadings, and submissions.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to work under pressure while maintaining a good working attitude, and possess proficient communication and drafting skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
