You will develop and implement commodity strategies, leverage strong contracting and negotiating skills, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive supply chain optimization.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commodity strategies to drive supply chain solutions ahead of Micron's needs.
- Leverage strong contracting and negotiating skills to handle supplier relationships and provide balanced cost, quality, availability, and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive supply chain optimization and define cost reduction roadmaps.
- Identify efficiencies and drive cost reductions projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, Supplier/Partner Relations, or Supply Chain.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or with a cross-functional team.
