**Requirements**

- Strong knowledge of Malaysia labor laws, Employment Pass, Work Permit and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
