As a key member of the Plenitude Berhad team, you will play a vital role in developing and executing long-term and short-term marketing strategies to promote our hotels and their products & services.

With your expertise, you will monitor all printed materials to ensure adherence to corporate identity standards.

You will evaluate requests for hotel donations of services/financial participation from civil, social, and charitable organizations; respond to requests, coordinate reservations, and prepare gift certificates; serve as the hotel's representative on major civic or community programs.

Work closely with partners (i.e. banks, credit cards, brands), sales teams, and the hotel's key stakeholders, to support and accelerate all activities on a local and regional level.

Maintain, upkeep, and update the hotel's brand and marketing assets, including press releases, fact sheets, logos, brand guidelines, images, videos, and any other relevant marketing collateral.

Marketing Strategy

Develop comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
