We are seeking a Relationship Management Expert to join our team at Hiredly X. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring continuous growth and success in existing partnerships within Hiredly X.
  • Maximize revenue from existing partners by ensuring their products and services remain relevant to the business needs and community development goals.
  • Promote partner products and engage with beneficiaries to drive adoption, ensuring that partners' services meet the needs of communities.
  • Collaborate with project and communications teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous updates of partner products and services.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on data to assess partnership performance, inform decision-making, and guide improvements.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and new partnership opportunities in community development, fintech, and related sectors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related area is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with minimal supervision while consistently meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Access to personal transport and a laptop is required for travel and remote work flexibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools for creating presentations and marketing materials.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency considered a valuable asset.
