**Job Description**

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading the development of new products from Research and Development to Production Release Stage.

This includes production scheduling, commitment adherence in terms of On Time Delivery, Product Cost, Process lead time improvement and inventory management.

The successful candidate will engage with the factory to drive Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to deliver Lean and Cost efficient on new programs introduced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve product development goals
  • Managing production schedules and ensuring timely delivery
  • Collaborating with the factory to implement Continuous Improvement Programs

Requirements

  • Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing or Equivalent with minimum 10 years related experience in program or project management
  • Strong ability to identify organizational needs, lead and manage programs/projects
  • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Good problem-solving ability
  • Work independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients
