We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Assistant to join our team at Ninja Van. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our delivery services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning driver routes to optimize delivery efficiency.
  • Support Station Heads with daily routine tasks, including receiving and returning shipments, sorting, van inbound, latlong parcel, PETs ticket creation, route monitoring, and bank-in COD money (if necessary).
  • Ensure compliance with all related Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for Fleet Operations.
  • Assist Station Heads in maintaining station infrastructure and cleanliness.

Requirements:

  • Age between 18-45 years old.
  • SPM or Diploma in any field required.
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • No prior experience needed, but logic-driven problem-solving skills advantageous.
  • Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative and disciplined team player.
