About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Trading Operations Associate to join our team at ZHONG AN ASSET MANAGEMENT SDN BHD. As a Trading Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent client services and supporting our trading operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in performing dealing services, customer services, and administrative duties to support clients.
  2. Help clients with inquiries and difficulties related to equity markets, trading activity, and trading systems.
  3. Contribute to the new account opening process and educate new clients on market and system learning.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements.
  5. Support the monitoring of client trading positions and investment portfolios to ensure timely and accurate execution of trades.
  6. Execute purchase and sale orders of securities on behalf of clients in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in any field from a recognized institution.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial markets and share trading.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
  • Proficient in using financial trading platforms and data analysis tools.
