We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Investment Banking Professional to join our Equity Capital Markets team at RHB Banking Group.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in identifying equity fund raising opportunities, preparing equity fund raising proposals, and advising on offering structure, pricing and timing.
Key responsibilities include managing the book-building/placement process of equity fund raising exercises and/or the sell-down process for block trades, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
