Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CAM Programmer to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for designing and modeling 3D fixtures, creating efficient machining programs, and collaborating with team members to drive productivity and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Fixture Design and Development

Design and model 3D fixtures conforming to fixture design standards, utilizing the Siemens NX CAD platform to create efficient and robust fixtures.

Machining Program Development

Create repeatable output across production, utilizing partner teams' feedback to refine machining programs and overall CAM process procedures.

Collaboration and Feedback

Actively seek out and incorporate feedback from team members and technical staff to boost productivity and identify areas for improvement.

Process Improvement

Identify applications process gaps, trends, and problems, and rigorously communicate to the operations team, proposing integrations and/or revisions to deployed applications processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in CAM programming, fixture design, and machining process development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
