Key Responsibilities- We are looking for a highly skilled Revenue cum Reservation Manager to join our team at INNSiDE by Melia Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role in the hospitality industry.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving hotel revenue growth and optimizing financial performance. This will involve monitoring competitor pricing, evaluating business from local accounts and groups, and conducting weekly rate/sell strategy (yield) meetings.
- The Revenue cum Reservation Manager will also be responsible for facilitating the weekly Revenue Meeting, generating reports, and analyzing key facts/trends. Additionally, they will monitor demand periods for function space, rooms, and SPA, track and analyze booking pace, and approve and implement sell strategies for group proposals.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. They will also be proficient in using revenue management and data analysis tools, and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
