Key Responsibilities

  • Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, including preparing presentation materials and managing logistics.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and shareholder inquiries to provide strategic insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial communications.
  • Maintain an updated investor relations database and manage investor communications platforms.
  • Oversee the production of annual reports, proxy statements, and other regulatory filings.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the company's reputation and credibility within the investment community.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to investor relations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, investment, political science/economy, or a related discipline.
  • At least 15 years of working experience in the related field. Professional certification (e.g. CPA) preferred but not required.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, including equity markets.
  • Knowledge of investor relations principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with corporate finance principles and capital markets.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear, concise messages.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with investor relations management software is a plus.
