We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing IT Operations Specialist who will provide technical support for manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OT systems and equipment in the manufacturing environment, collaborate with production teams to optimize the performance of OT systems, maintain and sustain OT systems to ensure continuous and reliable operation, perform regular inspections, maintenance, and upgrades of OT hardware and software, monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and certifications relevant to OT systems, implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect OT infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities, conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks, plan and execute the setup of new OT systems and infrastructure, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OT systems with existing processes, develop and document standard operating procedures for the setup and maintenance of OT systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, proven experience in supporting manufacturing operations and OT systems, strong logical and analytical skills, ability to demonstrate baseline security skills, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities.
