About the Position

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow professional to lead the development of our ServiceNow implementation according to its roadmap. As part of our Technology Platform strategy, we are rapidly expanding our ServiceNow implementation to enhance teams' efficiency and eliminate redundancy.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications based on business needs.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and reports.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow implementations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • More than 8 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to Incident Management, Organizational Change, and Service Catalog.
  • Experience in ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript), and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
